I build tools because broken workflows bother me. I clean up systems, reduce noise, and try to leave things in a state where they don't need constant attention. When automation makes sense, I build it. When no existing solution fits, I build something for myself. If something keeps breaking, I assume the system is wrong, not the people using it.
